Un environnement de travail stressant ou \u00e9prouvant peut \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale, lesquels ont de graves r\u00e9percussions \u00e9conomiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon le<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/canadasafetycouncil.org\/la-sante-mentale-et-le-milieu-de-travail\/?lang=fr#:~:text=Mental%20health%20claims%20are%20the,Canada's%20major%20insurers%20and%20employers.\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conseil canadien de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, les r\u00e9clamations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale sont celles qui connaissent la plus forte croissance au Canada. Le fardeau \u00e9conomique des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale au Canada est estim\u00e9 \u00e0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.camh.ca\/en\/driving-change\/the-crisis-is-real\/mental-health-statistics#:~:text=Costs%20to%20society,health%2Drelated%20quality%20of%20life.\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">51 milliards de dollars par ann\u00e9e<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Stress, d\u00e9pression, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 : tous ces troubles peuvent nuire \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale d\u2019une personne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour cr\u00e9er une culture d\u2019entreprise saine, bienveillante, s\u00e9curitaire et exempte de stress mental excessif, une organisation doit prendre un engagement en amont.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le simple fait de souligner que la sant\u00e9 mentale est tout aussi importante que la sant\u00e9 physique peut jouer un grand r\u00f4le et contribuer \u00e0 combattre les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s dans le milieu de travail.
