Equity is our guiding principle as we carry out our mission of building a connected healthcare experience for patients and practitioners.<\/p>\r\n<p>We promise to apply the highest standards of inclusion, respect, autonomy, and equal opportunity in everything we do, and for everyone we serve. When it comes to our work environment, we&#8217;re dedicated to fostering positivity, compassion, dignity, and independence for all.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Legal Accessibility Obligations and Standards<\/h2>\r\n<p>We have a duty to comply with applicable accessibility legislation and regulation including:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (&#8220;AODA&#8221;);<\/li>\r\n<li>the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (&#8220;WCAG&#8221;) 2.0 level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium;<\/li>\r\n<li>human rights legislation.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan<\/h2>\r\n<p>We created a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan starting in 2021 and ending in 2026 to address applicable AODA requirements. This plan outlines the steps we&#8217;ve already taken to make our organization more accessible, and it includes future commitments we&#8217;ll make to further address accessibility challenges.<\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.getmaple.ca\/accessibility\/multi-year-plan\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\"> Read our Multi-Year Plan <\/a><\/p>\r\n<h2>External Resources<\/h2>\r\n<p>When you select a link from our website or our applications which leads to a third party source, you are subject to the third party&#8217;s privacy, copyright, security, and information quality policies.
